Note: Due to our use of third-party messaging infrastructure (Twilio), complete data deletion may take additional time and coordination with our service providers.

Data Anonymization and Limitations

While we strive to protect your privacy, there are practical limitations to complete anonymization:

• Messaging Infrastructure: Our messaging service requires linking messages to phone numbers for delivery. This means true anonymization isn't possible while maintaining service functionality.
• AI Training: To improve our service, we may use conversation patterns in ways that remove direct identifiers but retain contextual information necessary for AI training.
• Group Context: Since our service coordinates between multiple people, complete anonymization of group interactions while maintaining service quality is technically challenging.

We implement privacy-protective measures where possible, including data minimization, access controls, and secure storage practices.

You have several rights regarding your personal information:

• Access and Update: You can request access to your personal information we hold and request corrections to inaccurate data.
